STORY
Enrome is an accountancy practice firm providing meaningful assurance, tax and advisory advice to the organisations in Singapore and beyond. Founded by two extremely passionate accountants with a shared love for the practice and solving problems for businesses, they strive to help clients in private sector across a variety of industries to navigate the ever-changing dynamics of the business and to regulate the environments of the domestic and global markets.
They also have expertise in Asian markets including China and Southeast Asian countries. Leveraging on this wealth of knowledge and experience, and providing a whole range of services from auditing to business consultation to corporate restructuring and investigating, Enrome wants to join forces with you and propel you towards growth and success.

JEROME OOI
Co-Founder & Co-Managing Partner
Jerome is a Chartered Accountant, holding memberships with professional bodies such as the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”). He is also a registered public accountant under the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Singapore (“ACRA”) and is recognised as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (“ASEAN CPA”). He completed his university studies with a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree and subsequently achieved the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) qualification.

Jerome has accumulated invaluable expertise through his tenure with international public accounting firms. His professional journey has encompassed the provision of external and internal audit services for a diverse array of businesses. These have ranged from IPO engagements and de-SPAC transactions to small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as publicly listed companies, spanning across Singapore, Malaysia, and the USA. Jerome's expertise covers an impressive spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, retail, real estate, information technology, cryptocurrency, fund management, variable capital companies, etc.
BEN SAM
Co-Founder & Co-Managing Partner
Ben Sam is in charge of audit and assurance service for US-Nasdap companies and corporate restructuring. He is a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”) and a Certified Practicing Accountant of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).

Ben has more than 15 years of audit and assurance working experience involved in IPOs/audits in various industries which included manufacturing, IT, fintech, e-commerce platform, education and agriculture.
​
He has led successful IPOs on the Frankfurt stock exchange and NYSE prior to joining Enrome. He has an extensive background providing business advisory, auditing, internal control over financial reporting, complex accounting and other consulting services to SEC registrants and International Accounting & Auditing Services, which includes IFRS Implementation, Convergence & Reporting.
CHENEY FU
Co-Founder & Co-Managing Partner
Cheney Fu is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in China with over a decade of professional experience in audit and assurance services. He has worked with several internationally recognized accounting firms, including Ernst & Young (EY), Deloitte, RSM China, and Moore China, gaining extensive knowledge and insight across various industries.

Throughout his career, Cheney has been involved in numerous high-profile listing and audit engagements across Mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States, and South Korea. He is well-versed in the financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements of multiple jurisdictions. Cheney Fu currently serves as a Partner at Enrome LLP, where he leads the firm’s China audit practice. He specializes in providing high-quality, compliant, and business-focused audit services to Chinese companies.
BOON POH
Audit Partner
Boon Poh is a practising member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”) and a non-practising member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”). He graduated from the University of Malaya, Malaysia with a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree and subsequently obtained the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA) qualification.

He has more than 10 years of audit and assurance working experience with some of the major key players in the industry including Ernst & Young (EY) and KPMG. He had experience in auditing companies in sectors like manufacturing, trading, retail, fund management, property investment, and so on.
MICHAEL FOK
Audit Partner
Beside audit, Michael Fok is the Director in charge of corporate
secretarial, accounting, due diligence and internal audit for Enrome. Michael Fok is a fellow member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”). He is also a fellow member of Accountant of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”).

He has more than 10 years of audit and assurance working experience with Baker Tilly LLP, RSM Chio Lim and others mid-size firms. He had experience in audits listing companies in Singapore and involved in various industries which included trading, retail, construction, technology, property development, fund management, manufacturing, IT, agriculture and investment holding.
SAMUEL LIM
Audit Partner
Samuel is a Chartered Accountant, holding memberships with professional bodies such as the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”) and CPA Australia. He is also a recognized ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (“ASEAN CPA”). He holds a degree in Accountancy and has honed his expertise through years of experience at international public accounting firms. His professional journey includes providing litigation support services and assurance services for a wide range of clients, from listed companies and multinational corporations to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and not-for-profit organizations. His industry expertise spans asset management, private equity, construction, engineering, food and beverage, energy and resources, hospitality, education, and advertising and media.

As a strong advocate for technology adoption, Samuel shares practical and responsible insights on integrating technology into business operations, helping clients improve efficiency and effectiveness through sensible approaches. Samuel is also dedicated to community service and leadership. He currently serves as the chairperson of the Governing Board of World Outreach Singapore and as the Treasurer of Fencing Singapore. He is an active public speaker, having delivered engagements at notable events such as the CPA Australia conferences, the Accounting and Finance Show in Singapore, and the Digital Practice Summit in Singapore.
TOH KIM TECK
Audit Partner
Mr. Toh is a public accountant registered with ACRA under the and a practising member ofthe Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. Mr. Toh has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of audit and assurance. He has managed and led audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, including both publicly listed companies, privately held enterprises, and subsidiaries of multinational corporations across various industries.

Mr. Toh has intensive experience in audits of companies in trading, financial institutions, online brokerage, artificial intelligence, real estate, hotel, healthcare, wellness, manufacturing, engineering services, workforce solutions providers, non-profit organisations, statutory boards and US GAAP reporting in audits of clients from the semiconductor (wafer manufacturing, assembly and test services, chips design, and assembly and test equipment) and computer software companies. Mr. Toh’s professional experience includes a period in the Silicon Valley office, where he focused on the audits of publicly listed, high-technology and computer software companies.
EDDY TAN

Eddy is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He is a registered Public Accountant with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority of Singapore (ACRA) and is also recognised as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).

He brings extensive professional experience gained through his tenure with international public accounting firms. Eddy specialises in assurance and advisory services, serving a diverse portfolio of clients that includes listed companies, multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations. His industry experience spans fintech and software development, sustainable energy, engineering, commodity trading, transportation, automotive, education, and media. Eddy is known for his strong technical expertise, disciplined approach, and focus on delivering practical, value-driven solutions.
ANTHONY TAN
Audit Partner
Anthony is a Public Accountant and Chartered Accountant registered with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He is also an Accredited Tax Practitioner with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professional (SCTP) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).

With over 16 years of experience in audit and corporate advisory, Anthony has held roles including Audit Manager in a local audit firm, accountant in an SGX-listed company, and corporate secretary. He has led audit and advisory engagements for local and overseas SMEs, including SFRS–IFRS/GAAP convergence, corporate structuring, and tax advisory for business relocation into Singapore and ASEAN jurisdictions. His industry experience spans shipping, international trading, engineering, F&B, education, construction, and jewellery. Anthony is also appointed as Compliance Officer for clients registered as Regulated Dealers in the gold and jewellery sector.
DARREN TAN
Audit Partner
Darren has over 15 years of audit experience leading assurance engagements across a broad range of industries. Since 2009, he has managed audits for multinational corporations, large charities, and not-for-profit organisations, including complex cross-border and group engagements.
His industry experience includes logistics and shipping, investment holding and property development, media and advertising, artificial intelligence, blockchain and cryptocurrency, construction, and other emerging sectors. Darren is a Public Accountant (Singapore), Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore), Chartered Accountant (Malaysia), Fellow CPA Australia, and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree and has completed the CPA Australia professional program.
